As you may have seen on Instagram, I’ve recently developed some sort of dairy aversion. This has been very hard for me, as I am a cheese addict. I am still indulging in cheese on special occasions, but otherwise I am trying to stay dairy-free. So, when I found some amazing looking cauliflower at the farmer’s market, I decided to try a recipe I saved on Pinterest a while back: Vegan Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce. I doubled the recipe to use a full head of cauliflower and I was thrilled that I did because it is delicious!

I baked a piece of tilapia with my leftovers each day for 15 minutes at 450, with nothing but a little Artichoke Hummus spread on top. I proceeded to eat this meal 5 days in a row without being tired of it. Let me know how you like it!
